Description
The Optical Alignment Device is designed to focus on objects within a range of 0.5 m to 8.0 m and to perform accurate alignment tasks. Typical applications include the alignment of gearboxes, line shafts, bearing journals, aiming marks, targets, and similar components.
The optical head primarily consists of the following components:
The graticule (reticle), mounted at the eyepiece, features vertical and horizontal hairlines along with six concentric rings. A sharp image is obtained by rotating the focusing ring located at the front of the optical head. The eyepiece ring can also be rotated until a clear image is achieved.
Once focused, the object of interest can be concentrically aligned with the closest reticle ring when viewed through the eyepiece lens.
